Golf Outings

Twelve Stones Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course designed by world renowned architect Bill Bergin. Each year we accommodate many charity and corporate golf outings tailored to the specific needs of the organization. We offer a variety of golf packages to help customize your special event while working within your budget. TSGC’s professional staff will work with you to ensure a most memorable event. Following are some suggestions to consider when planning your event.

Carts

Carts are mandatory for all golf outing participants. Should a non-golfer require a cart (photographer, public relations personnel, etc.), we will provide this service if carts are available. If any additional carts are required for your outing, the outing will absorb all rental fees for the additional carts.

Player Minimum

Weekend outings require a minimum of 80 players.

Dress Code

Golf is a game of etiquette; therefore, the dress code at TSGC is strictly enforced. Appropriate golf attire is required at all times while on the course and in the clubhouse. All players must have collared shirts, slacks or Bermuda length shorts. GOLF PRIVILEGES WILL BE DENIED TO GUESTS WEARING DENIM, TANK TOPS OR T-SHIRTS.

Soft Spikes ONLY

TSGC is a non-metal spike golf facility. Please inform your golfing guests of this policy. Our staff will be happy to change your spikes for a nominal fee in order to maintain championship quality greens.

Meals

All outing packages provide meal service. Provisions for lunch and/or dinner must be arranged. Our bar & grill Director would welcome the opportunity to assist you in the planning of your menu. You may select from pre-designed package menus or customize the menu to your group’s specific needs.

Rain Dates

All outside outings are considered “rain or shine” tournaments. We will make every effort to work with you to reschedule the outing for another day. You will be responsible for the cost of food and beverage arranged for the day.

Deposit/Payment

A deposit of $2000 will be required to secure your outing date and is due upon receipt of the outing contract.

Guarantees

Guaranteed attendance for your outing must be confirmed 3 days prior to your outing. The minimum billing for all events will be based on the confirmed number submitted.
