Reservations / Tee Times
- TSCGC members are given a priority window of three weeks. Public tee times may be booked up to one week prior by online pre-payment. A group requiring multiple tee times may be booked earlier at management’s discretion, with a deposit, which is non-refundable within 48 hours of the first tee time. *Tee times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. TSCGC utilizes the dynamic pricing model, so book early for the best rates.
- United States Golf Association (USGA) rules govern play, subject to local rules.
- No groups of five (5) or larger will be permitted to play together, or join up on the course, without permission of the Golf Shop. Two-somes and singles will be grouped with other players at the discretion of the golf staff based on day of week and tee sheet status.
- TSCGC utilizes (12) twelve-minute booking intervals, which our Starters will use as a guide for allowing golfers on the first tee.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Anyone operating a golf cart must have a valid driver’s license.
- No walkers are allowed on the course.
Check-In
- Failure to check-in and register at least 10 minutes prior to a reserved starting time may result in revocation of the starting time. Players late for their starting time will lose their right to their booked time and will only be allowed to begin play when advised by the Golf Shop.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all tee times. All cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in “no show” charges associated with the day and time of scheduled play. Pre-paid tee times may be refunded for any reason as long as requested by at least 24 hours of the tee time. Unforeseen course closures will result in a refund.
- Should you begin your round and the course must close for hazardous weather, you may request a raincheck from the golf shop.
